Thirty minutes. On Zoom. No pitch deck. We look at your last return and your current books, and tell you what we’d do.

Same EverydayCPA team. Same 30-minute Zoom call. Pick the person who feels closest to the problem you want to solve first.
Kelly Coughlin, CPA
CPA
Founder · CPA · The Tax Guy
Strong on S-corp design, multi-state tax, real estate, owner compensation, and the conversations where the answer is, “you should have been an S-corp three years ago.”
Direct. Numbers-first. Will tell you when you are wrong about your own return.
Cat Glass
CPACFFCVACFE
Co-Strategist · Client Lead · The Operator
Strong on QuickBooks rescue, client onboarding, monthly cadence, and translating Kelly’s math into a plan you can actually run.
Pragmatic. Process-driven. Will ask, “what do you actually need on Monday morning?” before quoting anything.
Not sure who to pick? Pick either. We’ll route internally if it makes more sense for the other person to take it.
No pitch deck. No pressure. Just a clear look at where things stand and what we would do next.

A quick gut check
A few things we are not.
We are not the cheapest CPA in your zip code. We will not try to be.
We are not a tax-prep mill. We do not have a queue of 800 returns to push through in April.
We are not going to sell you on becoming an S-corp without looking at your actual numbers first.
We are not going to ask you to learn QuickBooks. We replace it, clean it, or work around it.
If any of that is what you wanted, we are happy to point you to someone who fits.

FAQ
Quick answers
A few practical answers before you book the 30-minute call.
Is the call free?
Thirty minutes, no fee, no obligation.
What do I need to bring?
Your last filed business return if you have it, plus view-only access to your current books or just your last bank-statement month. If you do not have either, just show up — we will figure it out.
What if I want both Kelly and Cat?
Whoever you book with will pull in the other person if the conversation warrants it.
Are you taking new clients?
We onboard a fixed number of new clients per month so we do not overload the existing book of business. The 30-minute call is the gate.
I am not in Kansas City or Fort Lauderdale. Does that matter?
We work remotely with business owners across the U.S.. If State licensure matters for your specific return — we will confirm on the call.
