EverydayCPA's chief executive is Kelly Coughlin, CPA. He has been a certified public accountant (CPA) for over 25 years. Kelly supports Intuit with his knowledge and expertise in tax and accounting for their QuickBooks and TurboTax business lines. He was Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC); Director of Risk Management for multiple financial asset management subsidiaries of Lloyds Bank in London, UK.

Kelly also founded, managed and sold GlobalBridge, a fin tech company. Kelly studied undergraduate accounting at the University of Minnesota and Classics at Gonzaga University; graduate studies in Russian at Middlebury Language School in Monterey, CA; and MBA at Babson College in Wellesley, MA. He describes himself as a Sun Tzu business strategist; and a Michael Porter business tactician.

Kelly is a guest on many streaming shows and podcasts. He is a no nonsense, cut through the noise businessman and speaker. His interests in life range from scuba diving, sailing, reading military history (Caesar and Alex the Great), loves Yeats and Joyce, hack musician (guitar), runner, boxer (ex) and loves his seven siblings, four daughters, six grandchildren and his wife, Dawn. Oh, and in case it isn't clear, he is a serious expert on tax, accounting, money and finance.
